  • Plans for the Recyclers Convoy start date to coincide with the Cannonball Run in May were effectively derailed in December 2008 when Green Footprints owners were informed by The Trident anufacturers that a consortium headed by a British Businessman man had purchase the rights to produce the Iceni vehicle in the USA.
  • Considering that GFP Plans included the building of a Duramax Engined Chevy Silverado to use as the Convoys RV Tow vehicle with an estimated mileage return of 50 mpg on Bio-Diesel and positive CO2 reductions and the lack of any tangable evidence of such a vehicle nearly 6 months later it seems fitting to feature them on this page

  • The first ever prosecution of a homeowner for allegedly failing to recycle her rubbish correctly collapsed in farce in July 2006 - but still cost the UK taxpayer £6,000. Donna Challice was accused of "contaminating" waste collections by putting non-recyclable items such as food scraps in her green bin, which was designed to hold only paper, cans, plastic and paper. The 31-year-old mother of three was facing a possible £1,000 fine and additional court costs if she was found guilty in the test case brought by Exeter City Council.
  • Surprise Surprise ! She was cleared after prosecutors were unable to prove it was her who filled the bin.
  • Most people are very aware that they should dispose of their rubbish and recyclables environmentally but using taxpayers money to employ "Bin Police" and or fining people was a doomed exersise and waste of all UK Taxpayers Money from conception.
  • The simple excuse "It was not me" or better still "My Bin has been out all night so it could have been anyone" and emphasising the fact that "Bins do not have locks" was easy to predict when the idea of fines were first raised.
  • Considering that via the Internet and in Newspapers the British Public can read about "Their seperated waste" being "Dumped into a big Mix of Waste onto Ships CO2 emmiting ships and transported to China" most British people might be forgiven for thinking "What the **** is going on" Click Here to see about this
